Información a nuestros clientes

Atendiendo a lo dispuesto para la provisión de servicios esenciales en el R.D. 463/2020 por el que se declara el estado de alarma por alerta sanitaria, desde Infotelecom informamos a nuestos clientes de las siguientes medidas:

1. ATENCIÓN A CLIENTES

La atención a clientes se realizará exclusivamente por teléfono y correo electrónico, en horario de 8h a 15h. Para ello ponemos a su disposición las líneas telefónicas:

y los buzones gestion@infotelecom.es y empresas@infotelecom.es

2. PRIORIZACIÓN DE SERVICIOS

La prestación de servicios se priorizará siguiendo el siguiente orden:

• Trabajos de operación y mantenimento de redes y servicios de telecomunicación
• Servicios solicitados por la administración, con especial atención a policia local, servicios de emergencia, bomberos y protección civil
• Servicios para empresas, incluyendo la implantación de sistemas que permitan el teletrabajo y la atención remota a clientes
• Averías y resolución de incidencias reportadas por nuestros clientes

Esperamos su comprensión en caso que se demoren los tiempos habituales de provisión de servicios y atención a incidencias. Asimismo, rogamos que en la medida de lo posible hagan un uso racional y responsable de los servicios.

3. SERVICIOS ESPECIALES PARA NUESTROS CLIENTES

Para ayudar a nuestros clientes a sobrellevar esta situación, en infotelecom:

• Ampliamos, sin coste para nuestros clientes, los bonos de datos de todas las líneas móviles en 5 Gigas adicionales durante marzo y abril.
• Eliminamos la permanencia y reducimos tarifas para la activación de servicios de acceso remoto (VPN y centralitas) para las empresas que implanten sistemas  de teletrabajo.

Esperando que las medidas de contención permitan recuperar la normalidad en un breve plazo.

INFORMATION TO OUR CUSTOMERS

In accordance with the provisions for the provision of essential services in the R.D. 463/2020 declaring the state of alarm by health alert, from Infotelecom we inform our clients of the following measures

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service will be carried out exclusively by phone and email, from 8 to 15 hours. For this we put at your disposal the telephone lines::

2. PRIORITIZATION OF SERVICES

The provision of services will be prioritized in the following order:

• Operations and maintenance of telecommunication networks and services
• Services requested by the administration, with special attention to local police, emergency services, fire and civil protection
• Services for companies, including the implementation of systems that allow teleworking and remote customer service
• Breakdowns and misfunctions reporteb by our clients

We await your understanding in the event that the usual times for the provision of services and attention to incidents are delayed. We also ask that, as far as possible, you make rational and responsible use of the services.

3. SPECIAL SERVICES FOR OUR CLIENTS

To help our clients cope with this situation, at infotelecom:

• We extend, at no cost to our customers, the data bonuses of all mobile lines by an additional 5 Gigs for March and April.
• We reduce rates for remote access services (VPN and phone services) for companies that implement telework systems.

Hoping that the containment measures will allow normality to be restored in a short time.
